1) I'm a full-fledged cashier now. In other words, they took away my "IN TRAINING" name tag, I'm responsible for everything I do now, and customers have less patience when I ring them through. Yay.
2) I spent $5 of my first pay check on a golden apple snail that just died today and a blue mystery snail that is slowly eating previously purchased snail. Another $5 went to paying Aaron to do my chores because I am that lazy.
3) I was placed on the coldest till on Monday and as promised, everyone got a senior's discount PLUS one free item. I'm 100% sure I will be the first one let go at the end of May.
4) I GOT INTO MICHENER. Fuck, yes! A snippet from the one-paged acceptance letter in the tiniest envelope (sneaky bastards!!!): "Congratulations! We are delighted to offer you admission to the joint Bachelor of Science and Diploma Program in Medical Radiation Sciences of the University of Toronto and the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in the discipline of Nuclear Medicine for the 2010 - 2011 Session." Well I'm delighted too. :)
I just need to get through one more interview and my driving test and I can check off everything on my Stress List!
