Flood, and fire at the same time.
Not good.
Can relate somewhat, the apartment above us flooded our kitchen for like half an hour, broke their pipes just two days ago.
Plus the neighbouring apartments caught on fire yesterday morning, but the 4-5 firetrucks that arrived put it out.
But both at the same time, definitely not good.
